A new login system; a new password
Regelneef is migrating to a new login system. In recent weeks, your username has already been replaced by an email address. A new account will be created for this login email address in the new system. However, your old password cannot be automatically migrated.
To be able to log in with starting from October 1, you will need to set a new password once using the ‘Forgot Password’ option.
Setting your new password
You can set your new password starting from October 1, when the new version of Regelneef is available.
Press the button at ‘Sign in’ on the new login screen:
A ‘Sign in’ screen will open. Follow these steps:
- Choose ‘Forgot Password?’
- Enter the email address you previously used to log in to Regelneef
- Confirm with Continue
- Close the login screen
Within a minute, you will receive a password reset email at the specified email address (check your spam folder otherwise).
Click on the link in that email. A webpage will then open where you can set your new password:
After setting the password, your Regelneef account will be ready for use.
Logging in with your new password
On the Regelneef start screen, you can again press the button next to ‘Sign in’, after which you can enter your email and new password.
As confirmation of a successful login, your email address will appear on the login screen.
Press Log in to start a Regelneef session.
Good to know:
- In the Regelneef app: When you see the new login screen with the login button, you can also log in with your newly set password.
- If you don’t see the new login screen in the app yet, you can still temporarily log in with your old password, until you receive the newer app update.
- Do you have access to multiple databases with your email address? Then you only need to set your password once.
