See where accommodation is available and how full each property is. Generate an occupancy report for any period to show the accommodation provider what they can invoice.

You can add or change accommodation bookings for a group of employees in one go.

The accommodation planboard shows daily occupancy over three weeks. Each cell shows the number of employees booked for that day. Select a cell to see who is staying there, or switch to a view of the remaining places. To move a group, drag the employees from one property to another.
