The Regelneef product
Over the years, a great deal has changed in the field of temporary staffing. In addition to the essential name and address details of staff and clients, a great deal of other information needs to be recorded, and increasingly, temporary employment agencies are providing transport, accommodation and equipment on loan.
This information must be immediately visible to everyone or shared with others. Various staff members within the agency – sometimes even working at different branches – are responsible for separate tasks such as payroll, fleet management, accommodation management and staff planning.
Often, these individuals have their own way of working; they use a software solution (often in Excel) that suits them best, and so each reports in their own way. This creates a confusing situation. Not to mention the fact that information has to be entered twice (which is prone to errors) and that the various staff members are not kept up to date with changes from one minute to the next, resulting in a great deal of unnecessary costs.

At the heart of Regelneef is a database comprising various main tables, including staff, customers, vehicles, accommodation, requests, lenders and loans.
