Automatic filing with QR codes

Select PDF files in the Scan distributor and use the automatic archiving option to check them for recognised QR codes. For each match, Regelneef shows the employee and the file name it will use. Confirm to move the files into the correct archives.

PDF splitter
Automatic filing works with one document per PDF. To save time, you can scan documents for several employees in a single batch. Use Split in the Scan distributor to analyse the combined PDF. Review the list of recognised documents, then confirm to split them into separate files.
