File archive

Open files directly from the record for an employee, client, car, accommodation, subcontractor or item of equipment. Drag files into an archive or copy and paste them. You can paste an Outlook attachment into Regelneef or copy a file from Regelneef into an email. You can also view and filter several employees’ archives together, for example to email a client the scanned identity documents for a group of employees.

There are two types of file archive.

• The Regelneef archive stores documents centrally in Regelneef. You can also access them through the Regelneef app.

• The external archive gives you access from the desktop application to folders on a shared network drive.

The Regelneef archive also supports document links. These make it easier to find and add particular types of documents and see which are still missing. Wherever you can link documents, a button in the same colour as the archive icon shows how many documents are linked.
