Alerts

Regelneef alerts you when an important date is approaching. Assign a status to each alert so colleagues can see whether someone has followed it up. You can also text the employee directly from the Alerts screen.

You can set alerts for the following events and dates.

• 52 weeks worked (ABU)

• Start of an absence

• End of an absence

• Vehicle roadworthiness inspection (APK)

• Issue date of an intermediary’s KVK extract

• End of an equipment loan

• Equipment validity date

• Collective labour agreement (CAO)

• Client certificates

• Subcontractor certificates

• Contract end date

• End of a contract phase

• Additional check dates for accommodation

• Additional check dates for cars

• Additional check dates for employees

• Two-year retention period for inactive records

• Five-year retention period for inactive records

• Seven-year retention period for inactive records

• Registration retention period

• Deadline for giving notice on a rental agreement

• Passport expiry

• Driving licence expiry

• Issue date of a subcontractor’s KVK extract

• Residence permit expiry

• Birthdays

For each type of alert, you choose how many days in advance you want to be notified.
