Export to Excel

Regelneef offers two ways to export data to Excel.

• Regelneef list definitions

• Excel merge

List definitions

For tables and planlists, choose which columns to include and how to sort or group the data. For each Excel list, you can set the margins, page orientation and font, choose whether to print gridlines, and enable automatic filtering.

Create as many list definitions as you need and store them centrally so colleagues can choose the right list for each task. You can also generate a PDF directly or use list definitions to customise the lists displayed in Regelneef.

Excel merge

Regelneef can also fill in existing Excel workbooks. For example, you can:

• Complete a third-party workbook, such as a registration form, automatically.

• Design your own layout and decide how the data is presented.

• Use Excel formulas, charts and pivot tables. If you already calculate costs in your own workbook, Regelneef can populate it directly.
