Planlist and planboard

Anyone using Regelneef can view the current planlist throughout the day or generate one for a date range of their choice. It also shows car use, accommodation, equipment issued and absences, keeping the details needed for payroll together.

You can update placements directly from the planlist, individually or in groups. For example, move a whole group to a different client for the next period in one step.

Generate documents for one or more placements at once, or use the SMS integration to text one or more people directly from the planlist.

The employee planboard lets you view and edit placements over a three-week period. For each client request and day, it shows how many employees are scheduled, how many are needed and how many are absent. Select a day to see the details below the board. You can create or adjust placements by matching employees to requests or by dragging them into place.
