Regelneef 19.2

English translation

We have been working hard for several months to make Regelneef available in English as well. This work is now approximately 50 per cent complete and will be finalised in the coming months. As we are increasingly dealing with Regelneef users whose first language is not Dutch, we have decided to make the English language option available now, so that users can already benefit from the sections that have been translated so far.

A flag has been added to the login screen to select the language. Clicking on it switches the language from Dutch to English.

The ‘Merge to Excel’ feature has been expanded

Last year, the option to merge data with an existing Excel document was introduced. This offers possibilities, for example, for filling in Excel forms.
From now on, support for sub-tables is also available. This means that, for example, when merging data for an employee, a list of their relevant qualifications, certificates and so on can also be exported to Excel.
Thanks to these new features, the Excel merge function is now also available for:

  • Timesheets

  • Financial documents

Invoicing

In the ‘Weeksheet overview’, a separate ‘Financial documents’ button has been added so that these can be launched directly without a submenu.
In the financial documents (where invoices can be created), the employee number is now also available as a merge code.

Automatically fill in VAT code upon entry

When creating a placement, the VAT code, as entered for the client, is automatically copied after the client has been selected.

Updating wage components for multiple placements at once

It is now possible to add or remove a wage component in one go for a list of placements from a planlist. This option has been added to the menu behind the ‘Placements’ button on the Employee planlist.

Miscellaneous

  • The PESEL number field for an employee has been expanded to 12 characters.

  • An error message that occurred when launching certain reports has been resolved.

  • In some cases, the daily list was not displayed in the employee planboard, but a red cross appeared instead. This has been rectified.

  • After entering a layout record, the system would sometimes fail to automatically prompt the user to select the layout file. This has been rectified.
