Additional check dates for cars and accommodations
For these items, a similar option is now available to that for employees, allowing you to record specific dates. For example, this can be used to record maintenance appointments.
These dates are also included in the alerts. When adding a date to a car or accommodation, you must, of course, also specify what it relates to. The drop-down list for this can be customised as required via
Car->Tables->Check date types and
Accom->Tables->Check date types
Contacts and actions for intermediaries
The system for contacts and possible actions is now also available in the intermediaries table.
The actions are, of course, also included in the relevant notifications. Contacts with intermediaries are also displayed in the Contacts Overview.
Alert for hidden records
It is now possible to configure whether the alert system should check hidden records or not. A tick box has been added for this under Maintenance->Settings->Alerts. The alert system adopts this setting, and it is also displayed there in a tick box.
In the alert screen, the new tick box allows you to switch on the spot between checking hidden records and not checking them.
Checking hidden records is enabled by default after installing this update.
Certain alerts are excluded from the exclusion of hidden employees: retention period checks and additional check dates. These are always flagged.
The alert screen now responds immediately when the tick boxes are ticked or unticked. This means there is no longer any need to refresh the screen manually after changing the tick box settings.
Copying a signing request
It is now possible to create a new signing request based on an existing one. A ‘Copy’ button has been added to the request overview for this purpose. The ‘New sign request’ screen then opens, with all fields automatically pre-filled, and the original file to be signed (in PDF format) from the source.
This feature saves a great deal of time if, for example, it transpires that the recipient’s email address is incorrect or no longer valid. The only option in such cases is to create a new request with the correct address. Thanks to Regelneef’s copy function, this can now be done very quickly.
Open the subcontractor or intermediary directly
The fields for the subcontractor and intermediary for an employee now have an additional button that allows you to open the details screen for the relevant subcontractor or intermediary directly.
Management reporting
A new item, ‘Registrations by level, by user’, has been added here.
Miscellaneous
A name change to a discipline now always updates immediately in the list of disciplines across various columns.
When importing hours, the determination of the placement has been improved.
