Many more colour options
There are now two main themes available, each with its own set of colour palettes. When you select a main theme on the left, a drop-down list of colour palettes to choose from appears on the right.

Premium SMS delivery
From now on, a ‘premium’ service will be used for SMS delivery to ensure the highest possible delivery quality.
Action list improvements
The action list can now be customised to your preferences: it now also works via list definitions
An ‘Excel list’ button has been added. The content of this list has also been made flexible via list definitions
The action list now responds immediately when any of the search criteria on the screen are changed
Improved Excel export
The handy little Excel button located at the bottom of all screen lists has been improved. The display is now more consistent with how it appears on screen. Furthermore, the header row now automatically includes filter options.
Second import format for importing hours from Excel
A second format (Format B) has been added for importing hours from Excel. This makes it possible to import overtime hours that are listed as a separate column in the file.
Number of candidates per request
To make this clear at a glance, the overview now includes a column showing the total number of candidates for the request.
Additional checks during placement
When entering a placement, a notification will now also be displayed in the following cases:
The ID’s expiry date has passed
The employee’s subcontractor’s Chamber of Commerce extract was issued more than three months ago
Alert on Chamber of Commerce issue date
A ‘Subcontractor Chamber of Commerce issue date’ alert has been added, indicating that the subcontractor’s Chamber of Commerce extract is approaching the end of its 3-month validity period. This is the maximum statutory validity period for subcontractors / self-employed individuals.
Alert on equipment use end date
It sometimes happens that, when registering the use of goods, an end date is entered immediately to indicate, for example, that the item needs to be replaced. In such cases, it is helpful if this is flagged.
This can now be enabled via a new tick box, ‘Alert on use end date’, in the ‘Good categories’ table. All equipment belonging to that category will then be included in this alert.
Miscellaneous
Many internal improvements have been implemented to further enhance overall stability.
New setting for exporting employee data to Freepack: ‘Export alternative address’.

The screen for creating a new signature request can now be enlarged, thereby increasing the size of the visible message text.
In the External Archive, the link to help on adding files no longer opens automatically, but only when clicked.
An error message that occurred when refreshing a weeksheet has been resolved.
The XML upload of job vacancies now features improved error handling.
When the SMS sending screen is open, recipients can be added step by step by pressing ‘SMS’ again from different records or locations. However, this feature had not been working properly since version 20.1. The same applies, for example, to the screen for entering placements or accommodation usage. This has now been resolved.
When signing electronically, the specified document name is now used instead of the name of the document that was sent.
