Regelneef 21.2

Frequently requested disciplines at clients

It is now also possible to link disciplines to a client, just as you can with an employee. A separate tab has been added to the client’s profile for this purpose.

This makes it possible, for example, to record the disciplines requested by potential clients without having to create a request for them.

A search field has been added to the client overview to enable you to select clients or prospects based on one or more disciplines.

The disciplines associated with clients are automatically updated daily based on requests and placements. Under Maintenance->Settings, on the Clients tab, you can disable this feature if desired. In addition, two options are available to initiate the update manually.

Improvements to signature requests

Documents associated with signature requests are not stored indefinitely; it is important to save the signed documents in the correct location and to delete the request. To make this even easier, enhancements have been made to the downloads screen.

  • On the downloads screen, selected files can now be saved to the employee’s archive at the touch of a button, provided the request was created from an employee’s record.

  • It is also now possible to generate an email containing the files directly and send it to the employee’s email address. This is useful when the document has been signed via a generic email address on a tablet at the agency, meaning the employee did not automatically receive the documents in their email.

  • It is now possible to delete the entire signing record from the downloads screen. This means that, once the signed documents have been saved, the request can be cleared away immediately.

Insight into archive size; emptying the recycle bin

Under Maintenance > Settings, you can now see the current size of the Regelneef archive, in terms of both the number of files and the amount in MB. It also shows how many files are in the recycle bin. A button now allows you to permanently delete all files in the Regelneef archive’s recycle bin.

Importing employees

Support has now been added for importing CSV files. The field names that Regelneef can recognise are the same as those used for the Excel import.

Intermediary man-day statements

This new item in the ‘Employee’ menu makes it easy to generate reports showing the hours worked in a given week, per intermediary. Such a list can then be used, for example, as the basis for the intermediary’s payment.

A sample layout for this is available in the ‘reports’ subfolder within the program folder.

Actions: completion per user

When creating an action for multiple people, you can specify whether each user must mark the action as complete separately. Under Maintenance->Settings, you can now set centrally whether this should be ticked by default.

Miscellaneous

  • The default sorting of files in the Regelneef archive is now set to ‘filename’ by default.

  • The email address is now a mandatory field in the user table.

  • In the user table, the indicator showing whether a user can log in has been made clearer, including through the use of colour.

  • When the overview of a user’s changes is displayed (via the ‘Changes’ button in the ‘User Overview’), a ‘Show’ button is now available. This opens the main screen for the relevant change (e.g. the employee or client).

  • When sending a signature request, an additional check is carried out in the case of a Word file. If this cannot be converted to PDF, there is an issue with the file, and this will now be reported in advance.

  • Regelneef’s cloud update system has been improved to prevent occasional permissions issues in terminal server-like environments.

  • The use of selection colours in ‘Import employees’ and ‘Import Clients’ has been improved.

  • In certain circumstances, a red cross might sometimes appear in the list when opening an employee planlist. This has been rectified.
