Regelneef 22.1
Request descriptions
It is now possible to expand an optional drop-down list when entering a request description. This can save on data entry and ensures consistent naming of frequently used descriptions.
A new table is available for this purpose, which can be maintained via Client->Tables->Request Descriptions. This table is empty by default.
Moving request candidates
It is now possible to move candidates from one request to another. To do this, select the candidates to be moved within the request and click the Move button. You will then be asked for the request number of the request to which the candidates are to be moved. Once a valid number has been entered, the candidates will be moved.
Absence planlist: ‘Other planning’ date
An ‘Other planning’ date has been added to the selection fields in this planlist. By default, this is set to the current day. This date is used to display other planning data, such as placements, accommodation use and car use, in this planlist. Therefore:
the dates under ‘Period’ determine which absence records are shown in the planlist
the ‘Other planning’ date determines the other planning data displayed in the columns of this planlist.
Employee planlist, Weeksheets tab: Open
An ‘Open’ option has been added at the top of this screen, which specifies which screen to open when double-clicking on a row in the planlist/weeksheets. By default, this is set to ‘Weeksheet’, but it can now also be set to ‘Placement’. Once this setting has been changed, it is automatically saved for future use by the relevant user.
Agencies Table
This is a new table that forms part of new developments in Regelneef. By default, the table contains a single name. An agency groups affiliates, so an Agency field has also been added to affiliates.
In the current version, agencies have no further function.
