Employee account manager
It is now possible to specify who the account manager is for an employee. The field is located under ‘Properties’ and is therefore always visible on the details screen. To enter or change the account manager for multiple employees at once, you can use the bulk edit function.
The new field has been made available on many lists as a column and as a merge field in documents.
Logging in again after a session has expired
If a login session lasts a long time – for example, if you do not log out of Regelneef at the end of the day – the session will automatically end at a certain point. From that point onwards, Regelneef will no longer be connected to the servers.
To make this clear, Regelneef will now display a notification stating that the session has expired. You will then be given the option to resume the session by re-entering your password, or to close the program.
Weeksheet: wage component and total wage calculations
For wage components in the weeksheet, the wage and invoice amounts are now automatically calculated and totalled. These total amounts are also available as a column in the lists where weeksheets are visible, and in the weeksheet documents.
A new ‘Total wage’ column is now visible in a weeksheet, automatically displaying the sum of billable hours multiplied by the hourly wage. This new field can be made visible in the lists ‘Employee planlist – Weeksheets’ and ‘Weeksheet overview’.
Screen list maintenance: drag-and-drop functionality
When editing or creating a screen list, the order of the selected columns can now be adjusted more easily and quickly by dragging and dropping them vertically.
Collective Agreement files
The collective agreement table has been expanded to allow the storage of various types of files, in the usual way via the Regelneef archive (or external archive). Collective agreement documents are now also supported in the scan distributor.
Employee import improvements
When importing employees, the selected value for status determination (employee number or BSN) is now saved on a per-user basis.
When updating a single employee, Regelneef will then ask whether that employee should be opened immediately. This allows the imported change to be checked straight away. This now works in the same way as when adding an employee via the import function.
New colour themes
Two new main themes are available: Basic and Office 2019 White. Each of these main themes has a range of colour palettes to choose from.
Miscellaneous
Exporting employees: the option ‘also place the export file on the clipboard’ is now automatically saved per user.
When copying or transferring a placement, the ‘Remarks’ field is now also included.
When editing multiple employees, ‘Registered by’ has been added as an available field.
New columns are available in the Accommodation planlist: first name, surname and place of birth.
