Chamber of Commerce number check
It is no longer possible to check a Chamber of Commerce number by opening a dedicated page on the Chamber of Commerce website, as this functionality is no longer offered by the Chamber of Commerce. We have therefore now implemented an internal ‘real-time’ link to the Chamber of Commerce’s data. In Regelneef, a Chamber of Commerce number can now be checked by clicking ‘Check’. A summary of the key details will then appear once the number has been found in the Chamber of Commerce database.
Search by employee account manager
In the ‘Employee overview’, it is now also possible to filter by one or more account managers.
Performance improvements in the employee planboard
In this planboard, in the bottom-left corner, the day planning for each placement can be switched on or off directly by clicking on the relevant column (to toggle the ‘P’ on or off). This immediately updates the totals in the upper section. This function now works more efficiently and is therefore much faster.
Improved alerts for equipment
When the expiry date of an item is approaching, as indicated by the alert, it is useful to be able to see straight away whether the item has been issued and, if so, to whom. Therefore, from now on, the name of the employee will be displayed when the item is in use.
‘Last SMS’ column
A column has been added to the employee planlist and planboard showing the date and time of the last SMS sent to the employee.
Maximum validity date of an ID document
The maximum validity date for an ID document now also supports dates between 2070 and 2099. These later dates may sometimes appear on ID documents from certain countries, particularly for older individuals.
Miscellaneous
Fuel amount validation has been adjusted following the sharp rise in prices.
