Regelneef 23.1
Day planning
The day planning is Regelneef’s system for working with day-specific information within the placement period. The day planning for a group of people can be opened from the planlist using the button of the same name. The day planning is also visible as a tab in the details screen of a placement. The day planning is also displayed at the bottom of the employee planboard.
Various improvements have been made to this system:
Period / day planning selection in the employee planlist
The period selection in the planlist determines which placements are displayed. In addition, there is the day planning selection, which determines the week for displaying the schedule on a daily basis (‘P’ per day). From now on, the day planning selection will turn red if that week does not match the selected period. This makes it clear, for example, if the placements from last week are accidentally requested whilst the day planning for the current week is active.
More efficient processing of changes to the day planning
Changes to the day planning are now validated and saved more quickly, as the system tracks which placements have been amended more intelligently.
This is now clearly visible: the employee’s name is displayed in bold where changes have been made.
This results in significant time savings when multiple day planning records are opened (for example, from the planboard) and only a few are amended.
When closing the day planning screen, Regelneef now displays a warning if you forget to save the changes.
Colour indicators for unscheduled days too
In the day planning, the ‘Scheduled elsewhere’ (orange) indicator is now displayed for all visible days, rather than just the scheduled days.
At the bottom of the employee planboard, the indicators for ‘Absence’ (red) and ‘Scheduled elsewhere’ (orange) are now also shown for the unscheduled records that become visible when the ‘Include unscheduled placements on this day’ tick box is selected.
Current status information on the login screen
Fortunately, this rarely happens; but in the event, for example, of a general system fault that temporarily prevents users from logging in, it is reassuring to know that it is a known fault of which we are aware.
Regelneef has now built in this feature; if there is such important up-to-date information, the login screen will automatically expand to display the information in the correct language.
Chamber of Commerce check / registrations with an expiry date
If a Chamber of Commerce number could be found but has since reached its expiry date and is therefore no longer active, this is now shown in red letters for clarity.
Bulk download of archives
Under Maintenance->Settings, on the Archive tab, an option has been added to perform a bulk download of all Regelneef archives. This allows you to start a single download of all archive folders for all employees. In addition to employees, this is of course also possible for all other sections where the archive is available, such as clients, vehicles, etc.
Miscellaneous
When adjusting the start or end date of an existing placement, the system now checks whether any existing weeksheets fall outside the new period. If this is the case, a message is displayed and the change is not accepted.
When exporting an employee to XML format, the person’s name is now used as the suggested file name.
The available columns at the bottom of the Accommodation planboard and the Car planboard have been aligned with the relevant planlists. As a result, eleven columns have been added to the Accommodation planboard, and one to the Car planboard. From now on, any new columns available in a planlist will always also be available in the planboards.
Signature request: before sending, Regelneef now carries out an additional check to ensure a valid email address has been used. The functionality of this check has been improved to allow certain email addresses to be accepted.
Importing employees: when a certificate was not recognised and the certificate table was immediately updated to rectify this, the change was not immediately visible upon revalidation. This has now been resolved.
In the weeksheet, the ‘Total wage’ column has been moved two columns to the right. This only applies when invoiced hours and turnover are also recorded.
When editing or entering multiple records at once – for example, for placements or accommodation usage – not all selected records were sometimes displayed in the details screen. This refresh issue has been resolved.
A change to the name of a collective labour agreement did not always propagate to the clients that refer to it. This has been rectified.
A change to the name of a property did not always propagate to the employees who refer to it. This has been rectified.
