SMS delivery status
From now on, Regelneef will show whether a sent SMS has been delivered according to the provider.
Two columns have been added for this purpose in File->SMS archive: one for the current delivery status and one for the date and time of that status.
Double-clicking on a row displays a details screen showing additional information about the status (or any error messages). This information is in English and is exactly the same as that recorded by the SMS service.
Usually, a status change will be available in Regelneef within 30 seconds. That is why there is also a button to refresh the list so that any status changes become visible.
We recommend checking this information regularly. With this information, you will not only know more about the delivery, but also whether, for example, a number is incorrect or no longer valid. In that case, it will probably be necessary to update the SMS number for the person concerned.
SMS status is also displayed in the ‘Contacts’ tab for each employee; the delivery status is shown next to each SMS message.
This status is only visible for messages sent via Regelneef version 23.3.2 or later.
Day planning overview – improved pop-up
When the mouse is hovered over a day cell in the day planning overview, a pop-up appears showing information for that day.
This has been improved:
The status is explicitly stated (‘Scheduled’, ‘Not scheduled’ or ‘Outside placement period’)
If the employee in question is actively working on another placement, this is now indicated in the pop-up.
Regelneef app – entering and amending placements
It is now possible to enter or amend a placement, either from an employee’s placements or from the planlist.
Only the most important fields of a placement are supported for entry and amendments.
Miscellaneous
The maximum width of the surname field has been increased from 25 to 35 characters.
The postcode field for employees has been expanded to 8 characters to accommodate, for example, Portuguese postcodes.
Columns have been added to the absence planlist: first name and surname.
In the car planlist, the ‘Fuel’ column has been made available.
In the ‘New Actions’ screen, the employee number is now also displayed for each employee.
