Regelneef 25.2

App: notifications of new actions

With the Regelneef app, it is now possible to receive notifications on your mobile device. Whenever there is a new action for you, you will be notified via a notification.

Sending import files to another database

If data for one or more employees needs to be transferred to another Regelneef database, this can be done by creating a Regelneef XML export file from the Employee Overview. This export file can – after being sent, if necessary – be opened in the other database’s employee import module.

This has now been made even easier: an export file can now be sent directly to a database’s Import Inbox. There is no longer any need to exchange individual files; the file is immediately ready for import, and a notification is displayed in the receiving database.

Setting up known databases

The database(s) to which import files are to be sent must be defined once in a ‘Known databases’ table. This can be done under Maintenance->Settings->Integrations. Two fields must be completed for each Known database: Name and API key.

The name may be any text that clearly identifies the other database.

The API key must match the API key that can be retrieved in the other database via Maintenance->Settings->Integrations->API key. The ‘Import inbox’ option must also be ticked in that other database.

Send file

  1. Select the employee(s) you wish to export in the Employee Overview, then click Export

  2. Select ‘Regelneef employee XML’ as the format

  3. Click ‘Import Inbox’

  4. Select the desired target database (if there are several) and click Send

A new import file will immediately appear in the destination database:

New for accommodation and car: Key location

This is a new field to record where the key is kept. This could, for example, be the exact location in the key safe.

New for cars: Appraised value

If a car’s tax value has been determined by a valuation, this can now be recorded by ticking a box next to the car.

Display of car mileage in lists

The most recent mileage and the corresponding date are now available as columns in the Car overview and Car planlist.

New for placements: Framework agreement date

Particularly for self-employed placements, there may be a framework agreement that must be referred to in subsequent placements. The date of that framework agreement can now be recorded and thus, for example, also displayed on documents.

Employee planlist: ‘Other planning’ date

In this planlist, an ‘Other planning’ date has been added to the selection fields. This date can be used to display other planning details (accommodation use, car use, equipment and absences) for a specific date in this planlist.

This date is left blank by default: this means that the earliest other planning data within the requested period is automatically displayed. By entering a date here, you can specify exactly which date should be considered. In other words:

  • the dates under ‘Period’ determine which placement records are displayed in the planlist

  • the optional ‘Other planning’ date determines the other planning data (accommodation use, car use, equipment and absences) in the columns of this planlist.

Help via web browser

Regelneef’s help system is now online and is accessed via your web browser. This offers features such as the ability to create bookmarks or use automatic translation.

Improved employee imports

In the details screen for an employee to be imported, it is now even clearer which fields were not included in the import file and will therefore be ignored during import.

When importing an employee, a clear indicator is now displayed showing that the system is in the process of importing.

Miscellaneous

  • The order number field for a placement has been widened to a maximum of 60 characters.

  • When importing an employee, the names of certificates can now be edited or deleted.

  • When using the ‘Always show layouts collapsed’ setting whilst selecting a document layout, the first group would still expand. This has been corrected.

  • When changing a permission level, the tick boxes for ‘Insert’ and ‘Delete’ are now unchecked by default when an item is set to ‘View’.

  • Archive: improved display when dragging documents between folders.
