Affiliate archive
A tab is now available for each affiliate to save documents.
To easily open a affiliate’s details screen, you can now right-click in the affiliate list to access this option:
Jaicob AI integration
An integration is available with Jaicob (Agentic AI recruitment software).
Jaicob is an AI agent designed to automate and scale your entire recruitment process. It can handle the workload of at least 10 full-time recruiters, without the associated costs. Give it a single task and Jaicob will do the rest. Whether it’s recruiting and contacting candidates, finding new clients, generating reports or countless other tasks. More info: jaicob.ai
This optional integration enables the following:
Automatic synchronisation of Regelneef employee and client data with Jaicob
Making new employees found via Jaicob available in Regelneef’s import module
We can activate this integration for your Regelneef environment in consultation with you.
List definition improvement
Maintaining Excel lists can now be done via the ‘Excel list’ button, thanks to the addition of a new menu button:

A column per property
An employee may be linked to multiple properties.
It is now possible to display a separate column for a specific property, so that the relevant property is only shown in that column if the employee has that property.
When selecting the ‘Property’ column via list definitions, the filter must be specified in the field properties. Regelneef will then display a drop-down list containing all properties from your database.
This new option is now available in all planlists, planboards and the Employee overview.
Hours worked in the planlist per day
The third tab on the employee planlist (Planlist per day) displays a row for each day of a placement within the requested period. This row shows the date, optionally the working hours and the planned hours from the day planning, and the other planlist details.
A new column, ‘Hours worked’, is now available in this list. This shows the total billable hours for the relevant date, taken from the weeksheet.
Blocking subcontractors
For each subcontractor, you can now tick a box to indicate whether they are blocked. A reason can also be specified via a new customisable drop-down menu.
In the Subcontractor overview, the block status is clearly indicated next to the name. New columns are available: Blocked and Blocking reason.
Dragging files from an archive
If you wish to drag one or more files directly from the archive to another application (for example, to a website), you can select those files and then start dragging using the button below.
Regelneef will start downloading the files to a temporary location as soon as you begin dragging; and when you release the drag, those files will be copied to the destination location.
Miscellaneous
CV import / TextKernel integration is no longer available.
Due to TextKernel’s pricing model and the minimal usage of this feature, it has unfortunately proved impossible to continue offering this integration at a reasonable price. The option to import an employee via a CV is therefore no longer available.For a car, the ‘rental company’ field is no longer mandatory.
An action did not disappear immediately from the action list after the recipient was changed. This has been rectified.
