Regelneef read-only version
When Regelneef is no longer in active use, rather than cancelling the licence and having the database deleted, you can switch to the read-only version.
Below is an explanation of exactly what this entails.
Features of the read-only version compared to the standard version
Access to all tables, lists and documents remains available, including via the Regelneef mobile app
Maintenance of settings and users remains available
The list system (for on-screen display and Excel export) remains available
The database and all software will continue to be updated as the system is further developed
Support from SunBase remains available
The following are not available:
Adding, amending and deleting records in most tables
The document system (merging layouts)
Cost of the read-only version, per month
40.00 euros, including 1 concurrent user.
Any additional concurrent users will be charged according to the standard sliding-scale rates for additional users
Invoicing via direct debit; quarterly
