Automatically translated from Dutch. Some wording may be inaccurate.
The car planboard shows daily occupancy per car over three weeks. Each date cell indicates whether a driver is assigned and how many passengers are scheduled. Select a cell to show detailed occupancy for that car and date in the lower list. Create or edit assignments by dragging or using Select and schedule driver and Select and schedule passengers.
Selection
From week
The current week is shown first by default, with today's column heading in red. Move backwards or forwards a week, or select another week using the middle button.
Include hidden
Shows cars marked as hidden.
Affiliates
Filter either cars (the default) OR employees by affiliate.
•Filter cars by affiliate:
If a car's affiliate field is empty, the affiliate selector has no effect on it.
•Filter employees by affiliate:
All cars are shown, but employee counts are filtered by affiliate. A day column may therefore show less than total occupancy because employees from other affiliates are not counted.
Available seats
The board normally shows the driver and passenger count. Enable Show the available places per day (top left) to also display available seats at the top left of each date cell.
Planboard
The upper area has car details on the left and day columns on the right. Day cells show:
•A 'B' if a driver is assigned
•The passenger count to the right of the 'B'
•Available seats at the top left, if enabled at the top of the screen.
Totals below the day columns show scheduled drivers and passengers, with passengers at the top left.
Configure columns using list definitions. Additional car columns push the day columns further to the right.
Planboard actions
Clicking
Click a day cell to display the planlist for that car and date below.
Double-click other columns in the row to open car details.
Car
Opens car details for the selected upper row.
Select employee(s) and place in car
Shows employees who are scheduled with a client but not yet assigned to a car on that day, so you can assign them to the selected car from the selected date. Proceed as follows:
•First select the car and date.
•Click Select employee(s) and place in car to open Select employee, filtered to active employees not assigned to a car on that date. Confirm using Select.
•Regelneef determines whether to create a driver or passenger assignment from the number of employees and whether a driver already exists for that day. If it cannot determine this, it asks you to choose.
•A car assignment is then created with the selected date, car and employees filled in.
| Car day planner The car day planner is useful when car planning changes daily. It works per client and date. Because employees placed with a client form its basis, open it from the employee planboard. |
Planlist per car/day
The lower list shows car use for the selected car and day cell above.
Available columns include:
•Car-use details
•Car details
•The latest odometer reading
•Employee details
•Daily and total rates
•The employee's job placement and accommodation on the selected date
This list offers almost the same features as the car planlist, filtered to a particular car and day.
See Screen lists for sorting, filtering, searching and other features.
Configure columns using list definitions.
Edit car assignments by dragging employees from the lower list into day columns on the board.

•Select the employees and drag them to car B's row, into the cell for date X.
•Where applicable, Regelneef asks whether to set an end date for the existing car assignments. Click Yes.
•Regelneef determines whether to create driver or passenger assignments from the number of employees dragged and whether a driver already exists for that day. If necessary, it asks you to choose.
•New car use (driver) or New passengers opens with start date X and car details filled in.
•Click OK to save and update the numbers on the planboard.
