How it works

To have a digital document signed without printing it, create a new signing request containing:

•the file;

•the recipient's email address, name and signing action (signature or approval only);

•the sender's email address, name and signing action (none, signature or approval only);

•an optional message for the signatory.

When you send the request, the document is converted to PDF if necessary and each signatory receives an email asking them to sign. Track the request in Regelneef's overview, which displays its details and current status.

The email link takes the signatory to a website where they can read and sign the document. This works on various devices, including mobile phones.

Once everyone has signed, the request status in Regelneef becomes Signed. The document, including signatures, and a signing report become available to download. Regelneef provides several options for saving them, for example in a file archive.

The signed document and signing report are also emailed to the people involved.

Personalisation

Emails and the signing process use your company logo and a matching base colour. After signing, the signatory is redirected to your company website. This makes it clear that they are dealing with your organisation.
