The employee planlist shows placements within a selected period. From this list, you can change placements and day planning, open employee and client details, create documents and contact employees.
Planlist employees contains the following tabs:
•Planlist (this page)
Selection
Period
The default period is today. Change the start and end dates or use the period selector to choose another period. Click Search after changing your selection.
Active via day planning
Select this option to show only placements with at least one planned day within the selected period. Without this option, placements do not need to have any planned days in that period. The default is defined in the settings.
Day planning
The week selector determines which week of day planning is shown in the list, such as the planned days, working times and hours. The default is the current week. Use the arrows to choose another week.
Select Set period from this week to copy this week into the Period fields. When you move to another week, the period moves with it. Without this option, the selected period and the week used for day planning can differ.
Client name and Emp name
Enter part of a client name or employee name to narrow down the list, if required.
Other planning
The list can also show information such as car use, accommodation and absences. Leave this field empty to retrieve these details for the selected period. Enter a date to view other planning for one specific day.
Affiliates
Select the required affiliates. The label indicates whether the selection uses the employee affiliate (Emp) or the client affiliate (Client). This is defined under Maintenance → Settings → Planlist. When selecting by client affiliate, you can also choose to include your own employees placed with clients of other affiliates.
Planlist
The list shows the placements found. An employee with several placements may therefore appear more than once. The information shown depends on the selected column layout.
Available columns include:
•The placement, employee, client and any linked request.
•Day planning for the selected week, including planned days, working times and hours.
•Other planning, such as car use, accommodation and absences.
Choose the column layout using the list definition button at the top right. See list definitions for changing the layout and screen lists for sorting, filtering and marking multiple rows.
Double-clicking
Double-click a row to open the placement. Under Maintenance → Settings → Planlist, you can choose to open the employee instead.
Weeksheets
Use the separate Weeksheets tab for weeksheet details, such as hours worked. Its week selector defaults to the previous week. Choose another week to view the corresponding weeksheet details.
Actions
First mark the rows on which you want to perform an action. The Employee, Client and Request buttons open the details for the current row. The available actions depend on your permissions and the enabled modules.
