Weeksheets

Automatically translated from Dutch. Some wording may be inaccurate.

Weeksheets is a tab in Planlist employees. Here you can view placements and their weeksheet details by week, and open, fill, print or export weeksheets. The tab is visible if it is enabled in the settings.

Planlist employees contains the following tabs:

•Planlist

•Dayplanning overview

•Planlist per day

•Weeklist per employee

•Weeksheets (this page)

Selection

Week

The previous week is selected by default. Use the week selector to choose another week. The placements, day planning and weeksheet details in this list relate to that week.

Active via day planning

Select this option to show only placements with at least one planned day in the selected week. Without this option, placements without planned days can also appear in the list.

Client name and Emp name

Enter part of a client name or employee name, if required, and click Search.

Affiliates

Select the required affiliates. The label indicates whether the selection uses the employee affiliate (Emp) or the client affiliate (Client). This follows the planlist settings. You can also choose to include your own employees placed with clients of other affiliates.

Open

Choose what opens when you double-click a row: the Weeksheet for the selected week or the Job placement. Regelneef remembers this choice for you.

Planlist

The list shows one row per placement, with the available details for the selected week. A placement is also listed if it does not yet have a weeksheet. An empty hours column therefore does not automatically mean that no work took place.

Columns

Depending on the list definition, available columns include:

•The placement, client and employee.

•Weeksheet hours per day and totals, such as wage and calculated turnover.

•Day planning for the week, including planned days, working times and planned hours.

•Additional details, such as accommodation and the number of accommodation days.

Weeksheet hours and planned hours are different sets of data. Choose the visible columns using the list definition button at the top right. See list definitions and screen lists for arranging, sorting, filtering and marking multiple rows.

Actions

The buttons in the Weeksheets group at the top work with the weeksheets for the selected week. The buttons to the right of the list provide additional actions for placements and employees. The available actions depend on your permissions and the enabled modules.

Weeksheet

Opens the weeksheet for the current placement and selected week. Here you can view or change hours and other weeksheet details.

Use the arrow to choose Edit multiple weeksheets to edit the existing weeksheets from the marked rows together. Rows without a weeksheet are not included in this action.

Auto fill

Opens Generate and fill weeksheets for the marked placements and selected week. You can choose to:

•Enter a fixed number of hours per day on the planned days, with separate options for Saturday and Sunday.

•Copy hours recorded in the day planning.

•Copy hours from an existing weeksheet.

Check the selected week, placements and method, then click Create weeksheets to fill them. Weeksheets that already contain hours are skipped. When copying, overtime and surcharge hours can only be copied if the corresponding percentages exist in the destination placement; missing entries are reported.

Delete weeksheet (X)

After confirmation, deletes the weeksheet for the current row and selected week, including the hours recorded in it. This does not delete the placement. A message appears if no weeksheet exists.

Documents in the Weeksheets group

Choose Weeksheet documents for documents based on the marked weeksheets, or Financial documents for the corresponding financial documents. Only existing weeksheets are included.

Export in the Weeksheets group

Opens the screen for exporting weeksheets for the marked placements and selected week. Select the required export format there.

Placements and Day planning

Placements shows the placement menu described under Planlist employees. These actions change the placements. Day planning opens the day planner for the marked placements, starting at the selected week.

Employee, Client and Request

Opens the employee, client or linked request for the current row. The arrows beside Employee and Client provide additional actions.

Excel list

Choose an available Excel list to export the weekly overview. The columns, sorting and grouping follow the selected list definition. This also determines whether all rows found or only the marked rows are included.

Documents and Export to the right of the list

Documents offers Job placement documents, Employee documents and CV documents, as on the regular planlist. Export opens the screen for exporting placements. For weeksheets, use the buttons with the same names in the Weeksheets group at the top.

SMS, E-mail and Archive

SMS and E-mail open the corresponding sending screen with the employees from the marked rows as recipients. The folder button opens their combined archive.
